Come work for Data-Com Telecommunications if you're a Human Resources Assistant who can help in the recruitment of all employee positions; orients new employees; resolves problems for employees; provides reports; avoids legal challenges.

Qualifications

Required

  • Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.

  • Conducts consistent interviews that focus on assessing a candidate's qualifications and fit.

  • Has full recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and extensive command of IT terminology.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Some college or coursework a plus.

Preferred

  • Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

  • Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

  • Keeps organized and updated employee files. Maintains security and confidentiality of employee information.

  • Ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills. Completes several concurrent tasks.

  • Exercises excellent judgment in analyzing and resolving complex issues.

  • Provides clear, concise information regarding company policies and procedures, benefits and payroll to new and current employees.
