Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Five or more years business experience, prior Human Resources experience preferred, some college preferred. Experience supporting an external (field-based) sales organization. Demonstrated customer service skills. Technical aptitude a must. Skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, Ariba and internet preferred. Effective interpersonal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Organizational, planning, scheduling and time management skills. High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem solving ability, logic aptitude, follow-up skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines. Ability to handle significant levels of phone calls and e-mails with the ability to respond appropriately using sound business judgment. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. High energy level. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative office support for HR management in support of the Sales and Marketing organizations. Maintain data and complete transactions in SAP, HireSystems, Ariba and other systems. Interact with sales management and regional office coordinators on a variety of human resource matters, including interpretation of policies and procedures. Coordinate activities with outside firms (e.g. advertising agencies, search firms, consultants, etc) and candidates for employment.
