The Director of Human Resources Technology will act as the liaison between the various Human Resources Departments and the Corporate Information Systems Department. This individual will represent the Human Resources Department regarding systems issues that affect the various business practices of each property. This person will also be responsible for developing, analyzing, recommending, and implementing changes and improvements in work processes and systems within the Human Resources Departments. Duties will also include managing any future development of HRIS applications, including needs analysis, project planning, requirements specification, vendor selection, testing, training support and implementation.
Must have working knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency with various software programs to include, ATS, PVN, S2K, FileNet, Information Station, Online Benefits Enrollment, HR Council Website, and Timeworks. Must also have working knowledge of EEO, Turnover/Layoff, and DOL Audit reporting.Should have the ability to design and implement computer based programs, prepare technical reports and make presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and verbally communicate in English with management, employees, and guests in person and over the telephone. Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail.
