可以向整个列表发送邮件；也有一些是“封闭”的，只有特定的人才能向它
发送信息。参加这些讨论组的方法是：向你感兴趣的讨论组的listserv发一
封E-mail, subject 行不填，信体第一行为：
subscribe 讨论组名 你的名字
例如要参加乳腺癌讨论组：
发E-mail到: listserv@morgan.ucs.mun.ca
Subject行 ：(空)
信体第一行：subscibe breast-cancer yourfistname yourlastname
很快你会收到一封电子邮件，它测试通讯是否正常，要求你确认参加。回信
确认后，你的名字就被列入了Listserv的列表中，你就能够参加乳腺癌组的
讨论活动了。
为了方便人们参加或撤消参加这些讨论组，以下两个地址设置了自动提
交网页。在这些网页上列出了与cancer有关的讨论组，各组的简短说明以及
FAQ (常见问题回答)。你只要在上面选择好讨论组，填写了姓名、电子邮件
地址后，就能参加或撤消参加这些讨论组了。
