Essential Functions:
?Responsible for the organization and coordination of all employee related paperwork, including but not limited to, application paperwork, benefit enrollment, new hire paperwork, termination paperwork and government regulated forms.
?Maintain accurate employee records.
?Secure, maintain and update necessary employment documentation including applications and I-9's
?Maintain HRIS and coordinate with Payroll Department as needed.
?Interprets and explains rules and regulations to Area Managers, employees and applicants and refers more complex issues to Human Resources Manager
?Perform administrative duties for the department
?Process and forward all HR forms to the payroll department including terminations, status changes and leaves of absence.
?Respond to requests for employment verification.
?Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
?Basic Human Resources Knowledge
?HRIS experience preferred
?Advanced Word and Excel skills required
?Powerpoint skills preferred
?Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
?Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
?Excellent organizational skills
