勞動經濟學授課大綱

一、課程主旨

教導學生勞動經濟學理論，以及如何利用這些理論來分析勞動市場供需情勢與國內重要之勞動政策議題，包括基本工資、家事勞動、薪資補貼、退休金、職災補償、高等教育鬆綁、外勞、集體勞資關係、就業歧視與就業保險。
