He has extensive professional work experience: Engineer and hardware team leader at XPEIC Research Institute; Sales Engineer, Sales Manager and Director of Engineering and Sales for Hui-Feng Industrial Company Ltd.; and, Senior Account Manager, South China Regional Manager, Chief Representative of Shanghai Office for GE Power Systems in Shanghai, China and L.A., USA. Most recently, Haiwei has been the China DC Division General Manager and Chief Representative of Shanghai Office for American Power Conversion Inc DC group. He directed all operations in China as well as East and Southeast Asia. He was establishing a new manufacturing facility in China. Xiangyang Lu, MBA2004, was graduated from Department of Biology, LanZhou University. She had worked in Environmental Protection Bureau of Tangshan Municipality and State Environmental Protection Administration, coordinating projects of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in China. She involved in the research of Tourette's syndrome at the School of Medicine, Yale University. Her hobbies are hiking and playing pokers.

She had been working in Acer Softech Inc., Henkel(China) Investment Co., and Accenture before MBA study. She had accumulated many experiences of SAP R/3 implementation. Now her concentration of MBA is IT and Accounting. She will enhance her expertise on enterprise information management in future career development.
