Job Description Recruitment & Diversity Services Department
Essential Skills Provide support for the recruitment process including communications with internal and external applicants, hiring managers and vendors; Work closely with recruiters to coordinate activities and implement department procedures; Assist recruiters with special projects and ad hoc reports; Conduct general office functions including answering phones, processing mail, filing, reports, and typing correspondence.
Qualifications General administrative experience necessary; Independent, detail oriented, flexible individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills; Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others; Must be a team player with excellent trouble shooting skills; Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects/very busy phones at one time; PC experience, MS Word and Advanced Excel (Access a plus); Bachelors degree a plus; Human Resources and Recruitment background a plus.
