| The AmSouth Management Associate Program is a three-month training program located in Birmingham, Alabama. Management Associates will participate in leadership training and team building activities that will play a vital role in their career development; as will the learning experiences gained from working around AmSouth’s senior management. Management Associates will be placed in one of the following lines of business after training: Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Operations or Technology. All positions are entry level. Location and line of business are predetermined during the selection process. The program begins July 3. Resumes are accepted from September 1 through March 31. Minimum Requirements: 2.80 Overall GPA, Graduation before July 3, 2006 Education: College Degree Required | ||||

About the Program
The Stanley Leadership Program (SLP) is a cross-functional rotational program. The objective is to provide associates the opportunity to experience several different roles within the various functions at Stanley. This challenging program consists of a minimum of three assignments. Each of these assignments allows partcipants to become familiar with how we do business.
SLP is a fast-track program designed to accelerate and facilitate the development of future leaders. The program offers invaluable experiences for associates seeking challenging development opportunities to jump-start their careers.
Program Requirements
Our SLP program is very selective. We are looking for individuals with outstanding academic performance and leadership experience. Applicants must be willing to relocate and be career-minded team players. It provides entry-level associates a very focused highly visible, fast-track career opportunity.
