AXION, New York City\'s fasting growing Human Capital Solutions firm, is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITING/RESEARCH ASSOCIATE. We specialize in Systems and Technology executive recruiting. We employ leading technologies to add value to our knowledge base and services to the corporate technical marketplace.

We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL RECRUITING/RESEARCH ASSOCIATE to work in our busy technical recruiting office and learn all aspects of candidate recruiting and screening. You will learn to manage internet and email inquiries from candidates, conduct pre-screening interviews, general technical evaluations and database administration. There is a lot of involvement and projects to work on. Good PC, Internet and phone skills needed.

REQUIREMENTS

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, MICROSOFT OFFICE, OUTLOOK OR OUTLOOK EXPRESS, INTERNET EXPLORER;

Any relevant customer service related experience, Good Phone Skills, ability to understand and learn technology, highly motivated and personable

A WELL ORGANIZED ANALYTICAL THINKER, STRONG WITH DETAILS AND POSESSING GOOD FOLLOW-UP SKILLS.

These are some of the preferred Majors Psychology, Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or MIS. We will entertain other majors as long as the Candidate has a Strong Desire for Technology and Human Resources.
